It was indeed a great experience at the conference and it helped a lot in augmenting my knowledge on the subject. I was able to meet experts in the field of Food Science and I gained a lot of knowledge about researches that are being carried out worldwide. I was exposed to vast areas in the current field of food science and also got interesting ideas about current problems and how they have addressed them in other countries apart from my home country Sri Lanka
